This is one of the most common requests we handle and takes under two minutes to resolve.
Yes, in most cases. Special meal requests and accessibility service codes can typically be added up to 24–48 hours before your scheduled departure, depending on the airline's policy. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to ensure the request is processed before check-in opens for your flight.
Airlines typically send schedule change notifications to the email on file. We also strongly recommend calling us close to your departure date so we can confirm your reservation is still operating as originally ticketed. If a schedule change has occurred, we'll walk you through your options — which may include free rebooking or a refund if the change is significant.
Yes. Call with your booking reference number and your frequent flyer membership number, and we'll add it to your reservation. Please note that mileage accrual is controlled entirely by the operating airline — we can attach your loyalty number to the reservation, but retroactive miles for already-completed travel must be claimed directly with the airline.
